How can I make money on the internet?
I have heard of people making money on the internet with online surveys. I was wondering what the best website for surveys was. Also my friend, who is very tech savvy, told me that he makes money from Google, but he will not tell me how. I’m just a college sophomore and when I’m done with my school work i have a lot of free time and would like to make some extra money. Thanks in advance!

I have several suggestions..DO NOT DO SURVEY SITES. Most of them are scams and the ones that aren’t won’t make you much at all. Go to surveypolice.com It is a great site for telling what survey sites are legit and which ones aren’t.
But really I suggest you do GPT sites instead.. I found a blog

This guy writing the blog really know what he’s talking about. With Gpt sites you really make alot more money then survey sites, even though they are very similar. I hope this helps as i have been down this road before and I am finally satisfied where I am now, making about $20 an hour. However you run out of offers after a while so now I’m down to about an hour or 2 a day…

Referral based sites are pretty tedious, you have to do a lot to promote your site or link to people who are interested. GPT sites are sometimes reliable but they can be slow. Survey panels are great if you fit in the right demographic.

Through my experience with a wonderful site called Triond, I have concluded that the average amount of cents per view is 0.1. However, certain sites get less cents per view than others, and Authspot, one of Triond’s many publishing sites, is one of them.
The Formulas
As I just mentioned, the average amount of cents per view is 0.1, so if you wrote 10 articles a day for 5 years, and they got an average of one view a day, you would be getting an average of $182.50 a day.
If you write something quick, like Haikus, (which take about a minute for me to publish) and spend about 4 hours a day on publishing, and they get an average of one view a day, you would be getting an average of $182.50 a day in about 75 days.

How to increase cash flow
Promote, promote, promote! Bookmark, bookmark, bookmark! You can promote by answering questions online with your content, commenting on others content (being active in the Triond community is good), Facebook, etc. If you promote by word of mouth, I suggest making an easy-to-remember, free, Dot TK link. For example, if your Triond user name is Example, you can promote your profile by making the link Example.tk. Same for promoting a certain article or your referral link. If you want to make a Dot TK though, you would probably want to be making your user name unique. You can use bookmarks such as Digg, StumbleUpon, etc.
How to get exactly one extra veiw per day for each article
First, download iMacros to your web browser.
Then, every time you publish a poem, you add it to the script.

You can make money with online surveys but the length can be very long. you said that your friend makes money from Google ? it must be from Google adsense and Google adwords. Google adsense is when you put some google ads on your blog or website, if someone clicks on it you earn money. Google adwords is when you post a campaign to drive traffic to your blog or website or someone else blog or website. but you have to pay the clicks that others did ( the price is defined like a bid and that’s why it’s called Pay Per Click ) and if the person ( who clicked the ad ) buy something on the website you advertise, you have a commission. this method is really for advanced people coz it can blow all your money away.
